The Psychology of Strength started when people began asking my opinion—and actually valuing what I had to say. My thought was simple: if people are going to listen, I’m going to start talking.
I’ve spent thousands of hours over the last five years developing unique approaches week after week—tackling difficult concepts and sharing lessons I’ve learned throughout my life.
Writing has become the most fulfilling part of my journey. The fulfillment I once yearned for from the fire department, I’ve found through DMs, comments, and private conversations—people discussing these topics deeper, thanking me, and even opening up about the darkest days of their lives. All because of something I wrote.
I didn’t start this project because I had to.
I started it because I wanted to.
It was never about money, followers, or recognition.
It was about creating a positive change—a ripple of conversations heard far beyond my own ears.
Because if you want to see a positive effect, you have to start one. Now, it’s time for what’s next.
On Monday, The Psychology of Strength Podcast officially debuts. I’ve been working on it quietly for over two years—investing more than 1,000 hours into building and refining this body of work.
Long-form interviews with the most interesting people I can find. From WWII veterans to world champions to the oldest companies in America—and everyone in between.
A different guest.
A different location.
A new episode.
Every Monday.
All filmed in 4K.
Streaming on YouTube and everywhere podcasts are available.
Don’t worry—Sundays will look a little different moving forward, but they’re not going anywhere.
I just hope you’ll start loving Mondays, too.
